Terms for Shopify product personalization workflows

These terms describe the responsibilities for merchants using Pixozy to configure product customization, collect buyer inputs, and review production snapshots.

Service scope

Pixozy provides Shopify app workflows for artwork templates, campaign binding, storefront personalization, cart properties, and order customization snapshots.

Merchant responsibilities

Confirm product, variant, pricing, and fulfillment accuracy.
Use buyer uploads only for the related custom product order.
Respond to buyer and Shopify privacy requests in time.
Keep production files and finished goods quality reviewed.

Development and beta use

Early validation should happen in a Shopify development store before merchant beta. Production use requires signed storefront routing, real object storage, verified webhooks, and passing production preflight checks.

Billing

Billing is outside the current MVP. Pixozy will use no off-platform billing for public Shopify App Store distribution.
