Terms for Shopify product personalization workflows

These terms apply to merchants using Pixozy to configure design models, collect buyer inputs, and prepare production files. Effective July 19, 2026.

Service scope

Pixozy provides Shopify app workflows for design models, campaign binding, additional products, storefront personalization, cart properties, order customization snapshots, production CSV v2 exports, and merchant-confirmed Shopify fulfillment write-back.

Merchant responsibilities

Confirm product, variant, pricing, additional product, and fulfillment accuracy.
Use buyer uploads only for the related custom product order.
Review production files before sending them to factories or fulfillment partners.
The merchant manually downloads the production CSV v2 and is responsible for securely delivering it to, and managing, the chosen factory or fulfillment partner.
Respond to buyer and Shopify privacy requests in time.

Protected shipping data

For direct fulfillment, production CSV v2 may include recipient name for the shipping label, shipping address for delivery, optional phone for a delivery exception, and optional email for a carrier notification. Pixozy does not automatically send or transmit this data to a factory. Protected shipping data is deleted 90 days after a terminal order state or after no more than 365 days for a non-terminal order, unless an earlier privacy deletion applies.

Design model reuse

Merchants may export a configured design model and import it into another Shopify store they operate. Merchants remain responsible for checking product bindings, pricing, variants, and storefront behavior after import.

Service availability and changes

Pixozy may update features to improve security, Shopify compatibility, performance, or merchant workflows. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid service or merchant data handling.

Billing

Pixozy uses Shopify Billing for the app subscription and usage charges. The Pixozy Growth plan is $29 every 30 days after a 7-day free trial, plus usage charges for personalized order items. Pixozy follows a no off-platform billing policy and will not ask merchants to pay through external checkout links for these charges.

Applicable terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Winter Snow Universe LLC and the merchant, without limiting mandatory consumer, privacy, or data-protection rights. Contact [email protected] before starting a formal dispute.
